This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. BENJAMIN was extremely rude, unprofessional, and shockingly disrespectful from the moment I walked in. Not only does this employee show zero regard for customers, but they actually insult people instead of helping them. It’s unacceptable. The management at this location is just as disappointing. It’s clear there is little to no oversight, no accountability, and absolutely no emphasis on basic customer service standards. The environment feels chaotic, poorly run, and completely indifferent to customer concerns. I strongly advise others to avoid this location until they address their staff’s behavior and fix their management issues.

Decent prices but completely unorganized. More then once, I've been quoted on something and they tell me its in stock just for me to show up and they actually don't have it. Inventory shouldn't be that hard

Obviously good people … willing to meet your need even at an expense … I appreciate people who are more concerned to meet needs than fill their pockets . Thank you

They should have people who know what they're doing. I went to get some batteries checked and the guy said the machine he had wasn't good for large batteries. Obviously he doesn't know what he's doing and he even got angry, hahaha. He'd be better off selling hamburgers or something else

...bought a car head light connector Sunday afternoon. staff is on site, helpful. Store was not busy at all. Spent less than 5 minutes in the store. Convenient location
