Needed a few things in and out fairly quick but not very interactive with customers

Walked in and was greeted with a smile right away. The staff here really know their stuff and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. Their knowledge and friendly attitude made the whole process quick and easy. Great experience from start to finish!

They go the extra mile when asking for help. They recommend the wrong product. When trying to return it they close 10 minutes before 5:00 and won't answer the door. As each employee walks out and looks at you, no one will make eye contact. I did appreciate the one employee that said he'd make sure to leave the door unlocked until 5:00 tomorrow when I asked him how early I need to be here to return the product they incorrectly recommended.

Poor customer service from the manager on shift today. He made no real effort to help and claimed he couldn’t find my profile—even after I explained I’ve received two batteries from this location in the past. Very disappointing experience
