Just left the store. They won’t honor the replacement of a bad battery from 5 months ago. Threatened to call the police if my daughter didn’t leave the store. Absolutely won’t ever trust them with our family’s business ever again. We were stranded twice today with the bad battery.

Knowledgeable people, I bought a battery for my car, it fit perfectly in the space and the Legend batteries are very good. Thanks Napa. One thing people should know about the newer batteries. If your car takes an AGM style battery, you must use a battery charger that is for AGM batteries. Use an old style charger and you can ruin a new AGM battery. Google it.

Omg!! Dominic & Dave are fabulous. My daughter and I are traveling cross country and noticed smoke coming from engine and got off freeway and stopped immediately. Realized radiator intake hose was cracked and figured we'd try to replace it ourselves. Unbelievable Napa was right down the street! These guys are great. Dominic got us all we needed to do the job. It actually took longer to walk there and back then to change it. We drove down to Napa after changing the part just to have them check it for us and get another gallon of antifreeze to be safe as we have a long drive still. Can't thank them enough. Feeling blessed.

Best place to get quality filters and parts at prices much more competitive than equipment dealers. Good people who mostly know what they're talking about.
