Absolutely terrible experience. Very poor customer service and very unprofessional. They treat everyone with contempt and like you're stupid no matter what question you ask.

Im so grateful for Napa their great quality parts and same day delivery I went to AutoZone and got two brake light switches both didn’t work so I called Napa. They had the part I needed and it worked. Please make sure you keep that brake light switch in stock because I know I’ll probably need one again and your delivery driver is absolutely awesome

I was just in this place to try to pick up a car part but literally no one acknowledged my presence in the store. People walked by the counter. Another guy was on the phone. It was like I was invisible. The motivation of employees at the store looks like a, one out of 10. And that might be generous. I just left the store to go to advance auto parts down the street I used to always go to Napa, but I don’t think I’m going there anymore.

Had I known how much more expensive the items I got at NAPA, compared to Amazon, almost half of what I paid, I would have just bought through Amazon. Lesson learned

Went above and beyond for me. I ordered pick up online and an employee called me and asked me about the windshield washer fluid I ordered. He said you should really get the -20. I guess I ordered the wrong one for our weather. I was so surprised he would even care. But he did. I will order from them qll the time for now on. All it takes is that one amazing employee. :-) I hope ro find out his name at pick up.
