These guys are great, they did my exhaust as soon as I got there and did it fast. I would highly recommend going here for any of your automotive needs
My husband called around 10 am and arranged for my 98 Avalon to have a flex pipe repaired. They quoted us 185$ and told us it'd only be about an hour. We drive there, drop it off, still confirm the 185$ I get a call around 2pm I think the car may be ready. He gets on the phone and says that it will be over 300$ that we told him the wrong vehicle. I have to sit and haggle with him for over 10 minutes because "his guy got it wrong" kind of just seemed like he was making up numbers to see how much we'd pay. Said I told him it was a Tundra, so I guess a tundra flex pipe would be 185$ and my Avalon of the same year is 350$ plus for the same work and virtually the same part? Just seemed sketchy and most likely will not be coming back.
I was having an issue with an exhaust that was put on my truck from a different shop, I could hear rattling from it every so often. This was the first place I stopped at and the manager and technician were very helpful. After about 30 minutes of not being able to find the issue, I wasn't charged anything but was told to come back as soon as it happened again. Sure enough happened alot about 2 months later (last week now) and brought it back to them. They found the issue quickly and fixed it, no issues and was a super cheap and helpful fix. The manager was very friendly and awesome guy to talk to.
Not sure why the one guy that reviewed this place before me was so upset. Sometimes other things are broken that need to be fixed that isn’t found until the car is at the shop. In my case I called ahead of time and spoke to Austin. I told him I needed an Upstream O2 sensory on my BMW 135i. If you don’t know, the upstream sensors are next to impossible to get to without supporting the motor from the top and loosening the sub frame and droppings down a few inches. He quoted me the price over the phone and stuck to it. The car was hot when I brought it in at almost 5:00pm. He asked that I leave it over night so it would be cool in the morning and told me it would be done by 10:00am the next day. It was. The car has been running great ever since. Don’t pay attention to this other review. This
Overall very well priced and the work they do is well rounded. They did a muffler work on my truck. The welds were amazing. It is a busy place and wait is lengthy so bring a charger. Besides that I will highly recommend them.
