National Car Rental

Great rental and great staff. Normally wouldn't think to write a review about a rental car experience but the people working in the garage checking us in and out were wonderful, friendly and professional. Car was clean and low mileage. Thanks again

We had a smooth and positive rental experience. There were plenty of cars to choose from, and the pickup location is directly connected to the airport, which made things convenient. Both pick-up and drop-off went without any issues. The walk to the rental area is a bit long, but it’s still more convenient than having to take a shuttle.

This was my third time renting from National Car Rental, and once again the experience was excellent. My first two rentals were great, but becoming an Emerald Club member made the entire process even smoother. I appreciated being able to skip the line, choose my vehicle, and be on my way quickly. The car was clean, ran well, and I had no issues throughout the rental. Consistent, reliable service every time. Highly recommend!

I love renting from National. I love to “Go like a Pro”!!! I love the quality cars and the ease of the Executive Aisle. In smaller airports, I may have to deal with an agent but the process is always quick and pain free. Love the staff in Boise, Spokane and Colorado Springs to mention just a few. Keep up the great work.

Did not get size car I reserved & paid for. Car is a clunker- rough ride & loud. Also had many many scratches & dings & I was assured it would be noted- when I got the rental agreement it said “no damage noted”. Called- agent took verbal description of issues & said it would be noted. Got an email with revised agreement (& reduction in price due to car size issue) & still says “no damage noted”. Car goes back tomorrow. Have to get there with plenty of time to contest scratches etc -I anticipate problems.
