I purchased a 2026 Nissan Rogue on a trade-in from my 2023 Nissan Altima. The Sales Consultant, Mia Alcock and Sales Manager, John Wright, made the experience very pleasant. John kept me informed on the numbers and worked diligently with the finance team to get me financed at a number that I was comfortable with. Mia was very great at helping me select a vehicle that I would be comfortable in and enjoy driving. Together, the two of them made time go by very fast and i was HIGHLY DELIGHTED with my purchase, the experience and the financing. I WILL RECOMMEND NISSAN SOUTH MORROW TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS SEEKING TO PURCHASE A NEW/USED VEHICLE. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL.!!!!!!!!!!

Disappointing Service and Lack of Transparency - Won’t Return I chose Nissan South Morrow specifically because service benefits were included as a perk with my vehicle purchase. Unfortunately, this experience has ensured I’ll never return. The Problems: No upfront cost disclosure - I explicitly mentioned to the service technician that I had a service plan covering two free services. Despite this, no one informed me of any costs until after the work was completed. Surprise expired plan - Only after the services were finished did staff inform me that my service plan had expired. This should have been verified and communicated before any work began. Excessive pricing - I was charged nearly $400 for services that typically cost $80 or less at independent shops. I asked for my tire, that kept getting low, to be checked while a recall service was being completed on my car. I was told that I needed to replace all 4 tires. I asked why my tire kept going low and they said it was wear and tear. One week later, I had to call AAA for an unrelated service. The guy was so nice to check out my tire, as it still kept getting low. He immediately showed me the nail and plugged it immediately. He only charged me $20. Why could Nissan not do the same?!! Ohhhhh, of course….because they saw a female that didn’t know better and it was easier to just have her pay $900 to replace all 4 tires. Paid over $300 for one sensor and they can't even bother to answer the phone to arrange for my shuttle. Goes straight to a full voice mailbox. Overpriced rip off with crap customer service. The shuttle service is more of a joke than anything. They take your money and your time too.
