I am very hesitant to leave negative reviews. In fact, I have waited MONTHS to do this for a number of reasons, but it must be done in this case. About 8 months ago, my truck developed a ticking noise. My normal mechanic had recently retired, so after reading positive reviews, and with the bonus of being located within walking distance to my home, I selected North Eugene Automotive. I was greeted on the phone by a friendly lady, who quickly made an appointment for me. I dropped off my truck on the appointed day and time, and walked home. By the time I got home (or within 30 minutes) I had a message that they were done. I walked back and they told my my motor was toast, and it would be $11k to replace it. I have my scheduled car services (oil changes, inspections, etc) done here, along with other needed maintenance. Brian and his staff are super friendly and professional. If I need a service they don’t provide, they are able to produce the names of a couple of places to go for these services (who have also been great). I will continue to take my vehicle to Brian and crew. Thank you!

100% Recommend. I found the skid plate of my car hung down. I made a call to them and required an urgent service. I was told the same day service is available but it still would take a few hours after a quick check. To my surprise, they completed the check and fixed the problem within 40 minutes. How efficient the technician is! They didn't charge me one cent but provided me a safety report for free as well. I am deeply impressed by their professionalism and customer service spirit! I sincerely recommend this shop if you need any automotive service.

I bought a camper shell for my truck here. I had recently broke a bone and was unable to assist transferring and securing it to my truck. Brian took the time to have one of his guys help move it, and clamped it on himself. Friendly people and provided top notch customer service for a used truck topper. Would definitely return for further services

I have not personally used north Eugene automotive, but my wife and made our way back from southern Oregon picking up race car parts. And was very politely greeted by the owner and gifted us some extra wristbands he had for cottage grove speedway sky box for tonight’s event! Thank you so much! Greatly appreciated!
