I was met by representative in less than a minute of arrival. Went into the waiting area where I enjoyed the coffee and read my manual. Representative gave me a way to text her with questions and she promptly answered them. The time went fast and I had a positive experience.

I waited for my car in the lobby. Even though I got a text from the technician working on my car, I didn’t get any other communication. Waited almost 3 hrs, would have liked to know it was going to be that long, I would have had my husband pick me up and take me home. Just need better communication when you are waiting in the lobby.

2+ hour wait time for them to simply rotate tires. Why have an appointment if they cannot honor it? After my truck was parked outside for 10 minutes with no communication, the guy at the desk said it was going to be 10-20 more minutes. When my husband told him the truck had been sitting there ready they were surprised and had trouble locating the keys. Very poor customer service.

They've always treated me fairly and gave me good prices on service. This is my 2nd truck. I bought from toyota.
