My pick up date has been changed 8 times now and the last one was changed ON the said pick up date. This new date rolls around and as of today I pick it up tomorrow, I call to make sure because I have missed three days of work now to pick it up, guess what, changing the date again. I get y’all are busy but a sooner update would be nice because some people have to make accommodations for it and when I asked the person on the phone if I could be updated sooner than DAY OF, he said no we update when we get updated. Very unprofessionally!!! Brought my car here because my last go with them was great. This time though, has made it to where I will take my business elsewhere!

One of the worst places I have ever dealt with while getting work done on a vehicle. Communication is something they deeply lack and when trying to get ahold of the service manager forget about it. Phone calls just bounce off that guy and we never returns your calls.

Without going into unnecessary detail, we had a training opportunity. Senior management addressed it promptly and handled the resolution fairly. The takeaway is simple: clear communication matters. Remaining professional, collegial, and solution-oriented will resolve most issues before they ever escalate. RH

I am so pleased with the service from Northside Collision. They worked with insurance and car rental companies. I was amazed at how all the groups worked together. We also got my car back earlier than expected and it is beautiful!

Great people and great work from Northside Other shops quoted me weeks to get the job done, Northside had my car done extremely fast. Thanks Northside, keep up the good work!!!
