Steven was very accessible and easy to work with. His thorough report gave me the peace of mind I needed to confidently move forward with the purchase of a used travel trailer from a private seller. The seller was out of town and Steven did a great job of coordinating what was needed for the inspection to both the seller and myself making it a very smooth and seamless process. Working with Northwest RV Inspections was a very straightforward and professional experience. The entire process—from scheduling to receiving the final report—was seamless, and their online portal made it easy to sign up, track progress, and download the comprehensive inspection report. The level of detail in the report gave me confidence in the condition of the RV, and communication throughout was clear and timely. The only thing I might mention is that there wasn’t an option to include a fluid analysis for the engine and generator as part of their inspection package. While this can certainly be done separately through a reputable service shop, it would have been convenient if Northwest RV Inspections offered it as an add-on. Steve took my first phone call standing on the side of a ski mountain during the holidays!
