When an unexpected issue came up that required an extra tool and part, Mike went above and beyond to resolve it — even covering the additional cost himself. His customer service was truly superior — he offered me a ride or a comfortable place to work while he completed the job. Professional, friendly, and genuinely customer-focused. The OGS Performance team cut and programmed several keys for my vehicles, and were half the cost of the others. They are reasonable, knowledgeable and affordable. Give them a call.
