Old Dominion was fantastic! Gabbie took sincere care of us with great and thorough communication, and the team managed to accommodate us despite our tricky timeline. Repairs were topnotch and the experience couldn’t have been better. They even gave me a cookie that was, by far, the best cookie I’ve ever had at a collision center. Seriously though, I felt confident in their expertise and level of communication throughout. Truly above and beyond in every way and we’re very thankful for them going the extra mile for us.

Old Dominion has been very professional on the two occasions I've experienced with them. They are very communicative, answered my questions quickly and went over and above to provide excellent customer service. They worked well with my auto insurance company, adjuster and appraiser, which added a level of complexity that they patiently helped smooth over. The price that they quoted to repair the car seemed very reasonable to me. Since I trust this company I did not get a competitive bid. I recommend this well-established and trusted company.

Very professional staff from start to finish! Communication was through out the entire process, with updates, questions and estimated completion time. My car was returned shiny, cleaned and better than I left it. Also a pretty red rose in the front seat. Work is top notch and they stand behind their warranty with a smile. Bonus- great cookies in the reception area!!! I hope I don’t need to go back but if I do need auto repair and especially Tesla I will be back!

I had the most wonderful experience with Old Dominion. My insurance put me through the absolute ringer and Old Dominion always put me first. They went out of their way to make accommodations for my insurance being an absolute pain for both them and me. It was a really seamless process and although my insurance dragged on, they were always super nice. If you’re ever in need of auto body or anything along the lines with insurance work, I would 100% recommend them. Locally owned in a family business and you can really tell.
