Olsen's Auto Glass

I had a leak in my Ford F-150 and thought it was the windshield seal. I had it dropped off at Olsen’s after making arrangements with them. After water testing it, the driver’s side window seal fell down and water poured in. They called me the same day to explain what the problem was. All the other seals were fine. I really appreciate their honesty and integrity. I was expecting a big bill! I wasn’t able to pick the truck up on Friday, Feb 27, but Olsen’s assured me they’d keep in in their shop over the weekend and there was no problem. I wasn’t able to get it picked up until Tuesday, but they said no problem! My parents had an auto repair and towing business in Humboldt County (Northern California) for 37 years until they retired. I had my back passenger window busted out. I made an appointment at Olsens for the next day and they had it fixed in 30 minutes. They even vacuumed up the extra glass in my seat and they didn’t have to. I cannot recommend them enough! 10/10

I thought my truck had a leaking windshield seal, i brought it in and it turned out to just be a very clogged sunroof drain. The guys here took the time out of their day to get it fixed and when i asked how much i owed them they said i didnt owe them anything. Well ya just earned a customer for life i will always go here for any auto glass needs in the future

These guys are true professionals! After a criddler busted out one of my windows these guys replaced it quickly at a super reasonable price. Less than half of what the dealership wanted to charge, and new window looks fantastic! 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

The greatest auto shop customer service I've had yet. Friendly team, expert skill, and very reasonable pricing. They're a family run business and you can see the pride and commitment to great service first thing when you walk in the door. They replaced my windshield and repaired my mom's chips with really quick turnaround (same day). Will absolutely be recommending to everyone who needs auto help.
