One of the other employees, a young man was busy outside, changing a battery so I went inside to get somethings and nobody was at the counter I even called out hello still saw nobody else. so I walked outside I saw this employee sitting under the counter and got Furious. This is unacceptable behavior. The young man who I stated at the beginning, Hayden, ended up helping me. He was super friendly helpful and knew exactly what I needed and gave great tips.

Hanover location is awesome and staff is great!!! Glenside Ave and Brook Road locations leave alot to be desired...customer service is beyond weak at best!!! Will only go to Ashland location in future!!! Hayden took care of what wS needed and very knowledgeable!!

Ryan was super awesome and nice! He made sure to help me find the right part and went out of his way to help me. Highly recommend!

I would have liked it greater variety of products to choose from, and when performing installations, it seems they were figuring it out which was something I could do I was expecting expertise.

Ordered spark plugs at 4:56PM. Expected pickup time 1 hour. I wait 2 hours and call. They tell me it’s not in stock and to check back tomorrow. I ask for an alternative, then when I get there they hand me the original ignition coils while goofing around and laughing. Actions were unprofessional and immature.
