Amazing customer service!!! I haven't been to an establishment that was so on point in a long time. Absolutely stellar!!! Professional,knowledgeable and friendly.... so refreshing to visit a store of this calliber!!!

Terrible customer service. The lead/supervisor at. 6:15 on Fed 24th would not even look up from the computer to help me. Oriellys in Columbus NC HELPED ME SOLVE THE PROBLEM WHILE MY SON WAS OUT OF TOWN STRANDED!! My local store made no effort. I was a bother!!

Have always used O’Reilly. I went two weeks ago bought a turbo. The turbo was defective. Took it back. Exchange for another turbo. Same defect on this turbo. Call the turbo manufacturer. They said they’re having issues with Their turbos leaking antifreeze. They recommended me changing brands. Told the manager at O’Reilly this so he ordered me a different brand. After receiving three bad turbos. I was told I need to come and get my money back. They wouldn’t be able to get me a turbo. So I called O’Reilly extremely aggravated and rude. Went up there apologized to the gentleman for being rude over the phone as I’m apologizing. One of the cashiers was lecturing me on how everything their manager had done for me was right. Which was not the case I had to call to continue trying to get updates o

Bought 2 marine batteries for a LOT of money. One went bad,store warranty replaced it and then the replacent one went bad after (same mfg date so I probabky should have not bought the same brand/lot). Btw- it died and i went to the store Still within warranty time of new battery. The Store will not honor the warranty of the replacement battery even with receipts and purchase hsitory on account. Avoid this O'Reillys. zero stars not an option and I can't believe he thought i would buy another expensive marine battery when I know they don't honor warranties. Not sure why I, or any else, would give them business.

And employee named Steve insulted me for correcting him on sending the wrong part several times. He cussed at me and threw the product behind him. No one should have to put up with this kind of behavior in a retail setting! Update to response; I did experience that in your location, but that was a good corporate toss off! Try to not put not in your response! Now its closed, and if you don't want an order that's fine!
