We came in after having to jump our car twice and not knowing what the issue was. Nick was able to run the test, identify the problem, helped us take out and replace the battery, and then ran a retest to confirm there were no other problems. We were in and hour in a little over half an hour and Nick was so kind and helpful. Great service here!

So I've been dealing with issues on the car. So we stopped at O'Reilly's and Keith was there to save the day. He was an amazing and he figured out the issue we had. Luckily it was simple and easy to fix. I'm glad he was there he was a true life saver.

Staff was friendly and helpful, almost paid $47 for a can of brake kleen then we both realized he charge for a case all in good fun

Used their loaner program, unaware of what a cheat it was. Loan window is only 48 hours. After that, you own it. They refused to refund my $160. Taking this to corporate, but in the meantime please accept this review instead. AutoZone is 90 days. Take your business there.
