O'Reilly Auto Parts

Today I went to O'Reilly's to get new windshield wipers for my SUV. Sam was very helpful and put the new wipers on my vehicle for me. He waited for me to try them to make sure they were on tightly. I highly recommend asking for Sam when you go there. He truly cares about the customers and has their best interest in mind when helping them. Thanks again for your assistance today, Sam!

I want to say great job and service from Anthony, who changed my battery on my Nautilus in the freezing cold, plus it was a pain to get out.

Being our local O'Reilly store is so helpful, we did not hesitate to send our daughter and her boyfriend to the Fond du Lac location on 11/28/25, when she had car issues. Unfortunately, the staff who helped her had no patience or empathy. The guy was rude and condescending. He suggested her car had been in the Milwaukee flood, was junk, and gave her info to have it towed for scrap. The car has a clean title and no signs of water damage. After the weekend, a mechanic found the issue promptly: a critter had chewed a wire. I know O'Reilly staff are not mechanics. As such, they should not tell people their cars are junk and should be scrap. Very disappointed to have sent her to this location.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!! WORST PLACE EVER! The people here are very rude and lazy. Went in to get help with something and was met with that one employee didn’t know how to do it and that it was too cold to help me. Went in a bit ago to get a part for my boyfriend‘s car and was sold a broken part. They then almost refused to replace it after we kept having car trouble saying that we broke the part or that it was wear and tear when we had just bought the part. We also didn’t realize it at the time but when he took the part out he had shown us how the part was already broken when we bought it. Over all a horrible place to go! Please never waste your money or time going here!!

Thank you Anthony for taking the time to look at my tail light, help me find the correct bulbs, and change them for me. Now in the future I’ll know how to do it myself. Great customer service, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
