Black Friday and my battery died! Got a jump and made it to O'Reilly's in Grand Blanc. Jeremy changed my battery and had me on my way. He and his coworker were very friendly and helpful and made a bad day not so bad. Great customer service!

I can’t say enough good things about Renee, the store manager at the Grand Blanc O’Reilly Auto Parts. She truly went above and beyond to help me out. Renee took the time to track down and fix an issue that could have easily turned into almost an extra hour of driving, saving me both time and frustration. Her professionalism, problem-solving skills, and genuine willingness to help are exactly what customer service should look like. You can tell she cares about her customers and takes pride in running a great store. Huge thanks to Renee for turning what could have been a hassle into a smooth and positive experience. I’ll definitely be back because of her!

The staff at the hub store in Grand Blanc are uneducated and disrespectful. This place really just hires anybody. I hope the owner sees this I will go out of my way to avoid spending money at this location, I spend $3k on suspension parts and I asked the guy behind the counter to help me carry a few parts and he responded “I’m not your servant” then started laughing and cracking jokes with his buddy that works with him. This was after wasting a bunch of my time and running me around the store because I’m a corporate customer so “he couldn’t help me” He told his name was Mickey but he didn’t have a name tag on and he thought the name was funny so he was probably lying. His friend had a name tag that said Austin. I was there 11/25/25 around 6:30 pm. These business owners need to learn that c

Jeremy at the Grand Blanc store was so awesome. As cold as it was out he helped me fix my broken windshield wiper. I wouldn't go absolutely anywhere else.

Nice people, new store, but oil filters and oil 40% plus more than same items at WalMart, 2 miles away!! I won't be back unless they price match.
