This is the best O'REILLYs I've been to. The staff are always friendly and know what I'm talking about. If I make a mistake in a purchase the returns are super simple. 10/10 would recommend!

Great staff!! Super helpful and friendly. I was so impressed with the time they spent and the support I got. They have lots of options to choose from and are reasonable. I really enjoyed the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Great experience and would def come back!!

Putting on wind shield wipers and Micheal noticed I was taking a bit of time. He offered to help but I said I was okay. He stayed there and waited and I’m so glad he did. I didn’t know what I was doing. He helped put the wiper on then helped me get the other one and put it on for. So grateful for Michel’s help, he was very kind and considerate!

Yesterday I went in to buy windshield wipers. My heater decided to stop working in the freezing temperatures and I saw that it might be a fuse so I was looking at the fuses. Butch came over to ask me what I was looking for - I explained to him everything I’ve fixed on my car and that I could not figure out what was wrong with my car. He came outside with me IN FREEZING TEMPERATURES AND A BUNCH OF SNOW and messed with all the fuses for about 30 minutes. Another gentleman also came outside and helped and MAGICALLY my heater started working. They literally saved me. Absolute above and beyond service. I am so thankful for Butch and that other gentleman. It was very nice not driving home in a freezing car. They also put on my windshield wipers for me. (Also guys my engine was fine, I figured it

Gentlemen on the phone got mouthy with my wife being disrespectful. When I got on the phone he tried to tell me he wasn't going to listen to me and hung up. I will never do business with this branch and that fella is lucky I didn't come down to the store and handle this in person because it was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Also the two incompetent workers we spoke with couldn't even do something as simple as look up our record and confirm proof of purchase I had to call a different Orileys and it took that guy an entire minute. Whoever owns this Orileys needs to fire some employees.
