I'm writing this on behalf of my mother who wanted to give a shout out to Dalton at the Rockwall store. He has excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable! Her truck was having issues and not wanting to start. He diagnosed the issue and helped her install the new battery out in the cold weather we are having which is greatly appreciated. He is awesome!

TiaMaria was an absolute angel tonight. I needed filters for my car. She changed them and it was a teaching moment while she showed me how it's done. Boss Lady! She explained an odor eater product would be a solution, to a problem I was having. Cabin filter plus odor eater product equals a completely different car. Her air runs cooler, harder, and odor-free now!! Thank you so much for your help!!

Trevor was fantastic! He quickly tested my dead battery, replaced it, and even checked the charging system to make sure there were no other issues. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional — he went above and beyond. Highly recommend asking for Trevor if you need help at the Rockwall O’Reilly!
