This O'Reilly's has wonderful service. The man at the counter "Logan" I think helped me find everything I needed. He was very knowledgeable and informative. I'll definitely be coming back.

They ordered the wrong brakes. The back set was right but the front was wrong. We had someone scheduled to do the brakes and we were only able to get the back done due to thus error. The brakes were not in stock and had to be ordered so it's not like we could just go and exchange. When I called to let them know they were not, we'll the person I spoke to was not apologetic. He was like "okay cone down and we will see what we can do" as if not a big deal. It is a big deal, we only have 1 vehicle. If they were apologetic I would have a better attitude about it but people rely on them to get the right parts in and luckily I wasn't the person that had to take a vehicle apart to then realize they ordered the wrong part and not have a way yo go back to them or possibly lise their vehicle for a fe

Excellent customer service!! I stopped in with a blown headlight, Kayla and the team were very helpful!! They changed it for me!! Definitely will be back!!

Tried to warranty a broken Power torque ratchet, they could not find the purchase record so they denied warranty. O'Reilly's is literally the only place that even sells that brand so don't know why it matters.. I've purchased many different hand tools from many different brands and have never needed a proof of purchase for warranty before, not ever! Because of this, I'm done with O'Reilly's, for parts, tools, anything! Really sorry customer service!
