Outer Banks Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I love this dealership. I went in not knowing what my options were and honestly not hopeful. I had a poor experience at another dealership in Virginia so I was hesitant to go anywhere else. Preston and Cody were amazing through every step of the process of purchasing a new car. They are honest and don’t try to get you in and out of the door. They both really helped me change my situation. I can’t speak highly enough about the both of them and my experience at the KDH dealership.

I had a fantastic experience working with  Preston! He made the process fast, easy, and enjoyable. His knowledge and friendly demeanor truly stood out. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle!

To start this review off by saying that jeri in service department was extremely nice and pleasant to work with they ordered the Digital cluster and received parts in a timely manner. Where my issue is is when I went to pay, I had a family member back home in Pennsylvania gave the older gentleman in the service department. The credit card information it was flagged for fraud since it is out of state. He was very disrespectful and inconsiderate of my 90-year-old grand Trying to pay over the phone. Then, when I got into my vehicle after paying, I put my hand on the steering wheel and found four Deep gouges in my leather steering wheel that were obviously Not there prior To service. $1800 later my steering wheel is screwed up But I guess my speedometer works again. Took the RAM pickup truck in without an appointment for a dash light that appeared several days earlier indicating a transmission issue. Prior to the visit the light had not presented again after turning off the ignition. Before visiting the dealership a shop much closer to my home analyzed the computer & provided a certain gear code issue. At the dealership, the female service rep (Jeri) was very personable, wrote down each of the details I provided & said it would be looked at the following day. On the following afternoon Jeri reported that their diagnostic and road test did not produce the code but asked if it could be kept & rechecked in 24 hours to include another road test. I agreed, went there the next day & spoke to the mechanic who clearly explained what was done, but again noted
