The gentleman was nice enough to talk to after I found someone, but he didn't offer much information about the vehicles I was inquiring about. I asked a couple of questions and got short answers. While taking one of the vehicles on a test drive, I decided to take the vehicle back and cut shopping for a vehicle short with this dealer. I definitely agree with not smothering a customer, but at the same time I don't want to have to give the seller the third degree to find out basic information about the vehicle. 😆 Oh well, moving on!

I was led by the Lord here to purchase a vehicle. After looking around at other dealerships, I still loved the Ford explorer being sold here the best. Jack ans the finance company went above and beyond to take care of my family and came extremely close to our payment budget limit. This dealership in underrated, and I hope somebody looking for a pre owned vehicle would come and take a look, skip the mountain view "name brand" dealerships and come here. Jesus moved at this dealership we got our miracle vehicle here. This Ford explorer is the nicest vehicle I have ever owned

So far, so good. I went to help my sister by a car. Jack was very easy to work with. No high pressure. Very patient with our requests and questions. No gimmicks. Every used car is a risk, so we will see how it goes after driving it for a while, but as far as the buying experience, we were very pleased. UPDATE: One month down the road, and the car we chose is still going strong.

We purchased a 12 VW Passat from this dealership. It had no lights on in the dash when we purchased it. It did have a bulb out and one key fob that would not lock the doors. We asked for a new fob, he refused. We figured it was simple enough to replace so we purchased the vehicle because the miles were low. The light bulb was not an easy fix because the car had some new bump on it that had burnt in, that cost us 600 to replace and then the lights on the dash started coming on. There is a bad immobilizer that now will not run the car or lock and unlock the car. It also had a continual low pressure tire light on that will not go off. The car is now at VW racking up another thousand bill because of the lights in the dash and fob the seller lied to us about. I asked multiple times for a few fo
