Parts Authority

I stopped in to pick up a part and had a minor issue locating our account phone number—something that took less than 30 seconds to resolve. Instead of helping, the employee assisting us (John) immediately became hostile, raised his voice, and said he “didn’t have time for these games.” He then became so frustrated that he started cursing at us. This was before 11:00 AM, over a routine customer interaction that should have been handled professionally. No customer deserves to be spoken to that way, especially over such a simple issue. Completely unprofessional behavior, zero customer service, and an environment that feels tense and aggressive. This is for truck drivers. You have to show up exactly on time. They will not let you park in front to wait for any amount of time for your delivery appt. They will tell you to leave, even with nowhere to go. They will say park in front of someone else's property, but the shoulder is not large enough for big trucks. Their dock is inadequately sized for 53' trailers and you have to back in, sometimes blind side, from a busy street. The cars contain angry drivers, that will not stop and wait for you. They do not offer to help at this business.. They do not stop traffic. They will not tell any of the many cars or people in your way to move. They are rude while you are working. Business opens on a Sunday at 9 am I ordered a part at 9 at 930 still didn't receive my part has to walk out this makes no sense why open at 9 just to hang out with counter peopel.disgusted,must be better places!

Drove here from CT to get a part nobody else had in stock for my truck. The price was amazing compared to Mercedes who was going to have to order the part & it was going to take a week to get. Staff was very nice and knowledgable! And, I would like to thank them for not talking down to me as sometimes happens when women visit places likes parts stores or mechanics. Would certainly come here again!

They are always on point with the parts and especially the customer service. My guy when I go pick him up parts he's always called you nice on point goes above and beyond for the customers of parts of authority.
