John Serpa is an extraordinary professional and human being. After my father passed, we had to navigate a lot of things and John made handling, modifying, and cancelling insurance policies so easy. I always felt that I had someone in my corner who was looking out for my Mom and our family. I can't recommend working with him enough - if I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I was referred to Colleen Byers, the VP of this company, as I need new homeowners insurance after two floods in my new townhome, neither were my fault. The past three years working with her have not been pleasant. She doesn't go out of her way to communicate at all. She performs bare minimum to assist you, and expects you to remember everything from year to year? I am not in the insurance business, and have a extremely busy life. I would not recommend using her services to anyone. There are so many insurance companies out there. Go look for one who actually cares about you.

Insurance rates are getting too high. My credit rating is excellent and I have not filed a claim in a long long time.
