Car broke down passing through Eugene on a Saturday. Dustin was the first to answer after calling 6 or 7 places. Asked if he had time to check out my car and potentially do some emergency repair to get it up and running in the next hour or two as my friend and I were on a time limit. He took up the offer so I got my car towed to his shop. He was with a customer when I got there but the wait wasn't long, and he started helping me right away. After 15min or so and some back and forth questions, it wasn't looking good for my engine. No way it was getting repaired that day. So I had to get a rental car to get home, and without hesitation they gave my friend and I a ride to Enterprise. Awesome customer service. Would recommend.

Dustin was amazing to work with. Diagnosed the vehicle for free. Within half a day he knew what was wrong. Vehicle was fixed within 2 days and runs like a dream. I won't take my vehicles to anyone else from now on.
