We picked up a truck from this location was very duty and and the maintenance missed poor experience stay away

Had a scheduled pick up. Showed up on time and the lady who was supposed to give us the keys watched us pull in the parking space, right next to her, and she got in her car and left. Called the after-hours number and they confirmed she was supposed to be waiting to hand the keys over. We were sent to Horn Lake because she left. Horn Lake is 30 minutes away. Drove to Horn Lake. Now an hour after the scheduled rental time. The Home Depot they sent us to had the truck, but no keys. So they gave us a 26ft truck instead of 12. That is so hard to drive and does not fit in the driveway at the house we are moving to, or on the street out front. I am beyond angry. I sincerely hope that the Caucasian brunette woman who looked straight at us and drove away is reprimanded for her awful customer servi

Come in afterhours to pick up a truck, had already spoken to service manager twice earlier on in the day beforehand. They knew i was coming, told them to leave my key on the dipstick underhood of truck. Not only did they fail to do so, they also left my truck unlocked and all my side boxes unlocked. Literally anyone could’ve came and stole my equipment. Im a flatbedder so my chains and binders aint cheap! Very unprofessional service. Wouldn’t recommend getting your semi serviced here.

After a terrible experience with a U-Haul company in Memphis, Penske in Olive branch turned my whole move around. Both the ladies I spoke with on the phone we’re kind and went above and beyond to help solve all my issues and we’re so easy to work with. Truck was clean and ran perfectly. Highly recommend going with them for any rental truck needs!
