Great experience at Pep Boys on Savannah Hwy in Charleston. They worked with me to get the best deal possible on a set of Goodyear A/T tires for my truck, which I really appreciated. The team behind the counter (the “Powder Puff Girls”) were awesome, friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. Because of the service and the price, they’ve definitely earned my family’s business going forward. Highly recommend!

My experience at this location was one of the best auto repairs I have ever received. As an occupational therapist in the home setting, I am responsible for seeing around seven patients a day and have to stick to a strict schedule in order to make it to every one of these appointments. The swiftness of this crew was unremarkable and the assistant manager Sheena was absolutely fantastic. She was very thorough and even went out of her way to help me get to my first appointment early in the morning (several times), even considering the amount of repairs that had to be done to my vehicle. I got my brake pads, rotors and one caliper replaced all within an hour and a half. Great team here all around!!

I brought in new tires to get installed, aligned, and balanced today. It was a pleasure from start to finish, just like the last time I came in several years ago. Sheena and Donna are so kind and friendly! You can tell there is a good morale with their team, which matters a lot in this industry. I’ll be coming back in the future! I needed 4 new tires and alignment. The team did not disappoint. They helped me decide which of the 3 sets they had in stock was best for me. I received text updates while they had my SUV. I left feeling good about my decision to trust the team to take carr of my wallet and vehicle. I highly recommend reaching out if you need tires! I know they do many different types of repairs. An absolutely wonder experience at Pep Boys today! The managers Dawn and Sheena where a pleasure to speak with and kind as could be. The mechanic Aiden who did my tires and alignment was extremely professional and courteous. I couldnt suggest a better tire experience in Charleston, other than store 38! Cheers!
