Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

I needed to buy affordable tires for a lease vehicle and the Cicero Pep Boys had just what I needed. They installed my tires in a timely manner and were very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend.

Great experience! Wonderful costumer service!!! They found an issue and made me aware even though I was only there for an inspection and issue found had nothing to do with the inspection. The ONLY feedback I have is to add a bathroom sign in the waiting room so people waiting know there is one available 😉 KEEP BEING 👍 GREAT!!!!! 🔧 🔨 🧰 🚗 🚘

They were so helpful with adding on new tires to a pre existing appointment, arranging the time for me so I could still have my services complete on the same day. Scheduling appointments both online and on the phone with them are easy and my service appts there have always been efficient and completed in a timely manner.

I stopped in for an oil change on my F-150. My appointment was at 2pm, I arrived a few minutes early and was helped by Lucas, really nice guy. He set me up, took my keys and I went into their waiting room to let them do their thing. Waiting room was clean, had the A/C going and made the wait comfortable. My truck was done within 25 minutes and was happy to pay the cost! I will certainly be returning here for future car needs. Great spot! Thanks again, Lucas!

The Cicero location is great , I've been twice now and they are quick and they don't try to upsell or pressure into services , the waiting area is decent, the bathroom is very far away but it's not that serious
