Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

Loki, Ashley, and Thomas were the people I did business today at Pep Boys. Loki and Ashley were very helpful with the process of dealing with Fleet information. This was my first time having to bring a company truck in and it went incredibly well! Called the day before to set everything up, and when I walked in the door they were expecting me! 10/10 will go there again!

I'd like to start with, I never leave bad reviews. As someone in the service industry I understand there are sometimes bad days. My car has been at this location for 3 weeks. I brought it in because my stud on the wheel broke and needed fixing. I was going to get an oil change, brakes changed, and 4 new tires on top of it. Dropped my car off On Monday October 20th. I let the car sit until Thursday October 23rd and they said they would call me with an update next day. I decided to wait until Monday (Again, I understand companies are busy). I never received a call and Decided to Call again Monday. They said they haven't been able to start my car. This store has some incredibly amazing and helpful people working here! Higher ups... Please give Cliff a raise!!! My little brother had broken down roadside hours from home (and even further from me!) in the middle of the night not near any stores or hotels as he headed home from a job. Thanks to some help from the nearby Advance store, we found Cliff at this Pep Boys location who was willing to help us. Cliff squeezed my brother in for emergency repairs and allowed us to bring our own part (a harder to track down alternator for a 26+ year old car). My brother was back on the road within hours after having spent a very cold night in his dead car. I can not say thank you enough to Mr. Cliff and crew! My brother only missed half a day of work and Cliff didn't overcharge or tack on a bunch o

Worst experience ever, bought 4 new tires was there for a little more than 3 hours to get these tires and tires were not balanced properly my car started shaking, so had to make an appointment to get fixed go in they take the car I wait another hour and 15 minutes. Leave the car is still not balanced have to make a third appointment so I make it go in and they say it will be a few hours before they can get to it. Yep a few hours. So I leave and have to make an appointment with someone else to get fixed. Horrible horrible experience. Manager was horrible
