This location at 3300 Galleria Circle Hoover, AL 35244 is the most God awful place to get you vehicle serviced. I did everything correctly! 1. Made an appointment for 02/18/26 at 10am for a simple OIL CHANGE 2. Walked in the door at 10am on 02/18/26 3.3 hours and 50 minutes later I receive my keys back! 4. They failed to inform me that they had to go dig the well, collect the crude oil, have it refined and get it back to the store before they could start my oil change! 5. ABSOLUTELY NO APOLOGIE or nothing!

Let me tell YOU… I had the BEST experience here at the Galleria PepBoys! I had some issues so I went with the Pelham location first. Well when I left my issues weren’t taken care of and getting progressively worse. I’m from out of state (PA) and driving 13 hours back was a very rough ride home.. with the same issue I’m back here and decided to go to the Galleria Pep Boys and ALIX FIXED my issue! My Jeep hasn’t drove as smooth as it driving now! So THANK YOU GALLERIA PEP BOYS & ALIX!!

As a woman, I’ve dealt with places where women were made to feel talked down to or taken advantage of when trying to get car repairs—not the case here. Alix at the service desk was incredibly helpful and honest about how long things would take and estimated cost. I highly recommend this location.

Kenny at Pep Boys made my day! Kenny was quick to assist this afternoon when my tire pressure monitor decided to pop on. I hoped it wasn’t the worst start to my week. He checked the pressure and added air to all. Simple fix! Thanks, Kenny

I called late morning to ask about a repair. They answered my question and said I could bring my vehicle in same day. The only delay was they had to order the part and it wouldn't be in until the afternoon. They said I could set a 4:00 appointment as the part should be in by then.. I made the appointment and dropped my vehicle off several hours earlier and left it there. To my surprise I received notice at 2:00 that my vehicle was ready. They were friendly, courteous and accommodating. Great crew.
