Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

I have been to this location twice and every time I was met with a smile and a great experience. Today, Lakeisha & the mechanic (I didn’t get his name)helped me with my company vehicle and made my transaction go smoothly. I’m going to bring my personal car here for service next time. 🙂

I specifically ordered tires from the Olive Branch MS store. I will not be going back. I was told over the phone they gave military discounts, but he didn't trust people over the phone and charged full price plus road hazard to my debit card without asking if I wanted it. After getting to the store and showing him my military ID card he still didn't honor the discount he stated. Also, I asked to replace the tire sensors that didn't work in two of the wheels. The only service tech that could do that was off that day. I won't go back to any Pep Boys. I've been to all three in Desoto County. No service at all. Sorry.

Very nice and professional staff. The location could use cleaning up. Snacks in the machine expired 7 months ago. Tv doesn't work, stuff could just use cleaning and fixing BUT very good staff and service. A+ job.

Was charged $150 to replace a headlight bulb! Wow! Service was fine. They told me it would be a few hours, but wasn't told ahead of time how expensive it would be! I never dreamed!!! If you need a headlight bulb replaced DO NOT go there!!!

Contacted store in advance to ensure they accepted my extended warranty. When I took my vehicle in at my appointment time and told them I would be using the warranty, the store manager Edward started complaining that he had a vehicle that the warranty company was not wanting to pay for and that they do everything they can not to pay. He continued to try and dissuade me from doing business because of my warranty. He stated it sounded like something internal that warranty companies don't pay for. I asked how much for diagnostic and told him my warranty company would pay for diagnosis. About 30 or 45 minutes later, he called and said he had narrowed it down to 2 possible issues. 1 was technical that he couldn't do and the other would take 10 hours of mechanical work that he didn't feel comfor
