The staff there was very nice! Very informative. Kept me updated on my car's progress. I really like how they would send me pictures of the issues of my car, instead of just telling me. So, I can see with my own eyes what problems I'm having with my car. I would receive calls and texts, as well. The lady at the counter was very sweet, understanding, and patient. She even gave me a Good discount!😁 They really took care of me and my car. My car is back running better than ever. All in all, every experience I have had with them, have been Wonderful! I initially gave Pep Boys a 5-star review. But two weeks later had to change my review. On July 14, 2023, I had a level kit put on my 2022 Ford F-150 with approximately 2800 miles on it and then went straight to Pep Boys for a front-end alignment, which cost me $201.00. While at Pep Boys, the tech came to me and asked me what was up with my truck. I advised him about having the leveling kit on my truck, and I just need an alignment. The tech said my alignment was fine and nothing needed to be adjusted. On July 24, 2023, I noticed my tires didn’t look right. I compared the front to the rear tires ( see pic 1 and 2 front with 4 and 5 rear); it is clear that the vehicle is way out of alignment (500 miles since appointment at Pep Boys). I went back to Pep Boys and spoke to the assistant manage

The team located on Goodman Rd in Southaven Ms is second to none. They are extremely professional, curious and knowledgeable in their field of expertise. I highly recommend them for any problems you may encounter with your vehicle.

Sales person was on the phone with his girlfriend the whole time he was “assisting us” rolled his and asked me to repeat my phone number, then wanted to charge over $300 without knowing if that was even going to fix the problem on my car, no test or diagnostic which is not what their website said. Really ridiculous. I said no thankyou and will only be going to local mom and pops auto shops.

By far the best Pep Boys in the United States. They take the time to teach you about the work needed. This helps to make an informed decision.
