Thank you for my gorgeous new wheel rims! Quick shipping with an appointment set up for the very next day to install! Super clean waiting area , and I’ll never be hesitant to utilize the restroom there again! Loved the décor, and even waiting area out side for options. I was treated with respect and my car was also!!

This place went to complete crap, I’ve spent a lot of money here and never again. Can’t make appointments for tire rotations, though I was told when I purchased my last set they’d work with us being from Ephrata, nope. I thought I’d try again after the owner threw a fit that I dared purchase tires from someone else(15 years ago)when they were $400 higher. Learned my lesson when I tried to have Ron look for performance tires, he wasn’t interested and didn’t even make an attempt. Good luck. Edit to respond: I have a set of your Hankook Dyna Pro on our 2018 Acadia now that we bought maybe 2 years ago? I’ve paid Les Schwab to rotate them 2 times and repair once because it was a multiple hour wait with you and you never had time to rotate my wife’s tires in a reasonable time frame when in M

Rich and the guys are ALWAYS So pleasant, patient, and sincere when I come in for service! They listen & explain everything very clearly so I always know what to expect. They'll even caution me if there's a remote possibility of extra issues- Before they even get started! They also inform me immediately if any part of my car's care is outside their range of services (instead of trying to waste my time or charge me unnecessarily). They're fast & thorough and make my car maintenance a pleasure instead of a dreaded task to tackle. I recommend them to everyone... because I wish all businesses were as courteous & efficient. 🙂

Jake was SUPER helpful. Perfection Tire didn’t have my size tire in any of their inventories but Jake went online to help me find tires. He also explained how the sizes and warranties on tires work. When I brought my car back in with the tires I purchased he continued with the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Les Schwab and other tire stores weren’t nearly as helpful as Jake was! I’m single with no family here in Moses Lake and he treated me as though I was his family and I’m so grateful. Jake helped me to feel safe and I’ll always go back to Perfection Tire for my tires!

I went in to get a right driver's side axle replaced. They were fast, same day. I searched everywhere and they couldn't deliver. However, Perfection tire of Moses Lake has a phenomenal team. Great customer service and great prices. No gouging the costumer. Thank you 😊.
