PitStop Car Wash

I just visited the establishment in my green ram 2500 with the overlanding kit. Ms Iris was anle to ensure my vehicle was able to get through the wash with ease. She turned the brushes off and personally walked through to verify an ultimate experience. I really appreciate her for that and y’all have gained a life long customer through her. Thank y’all for hiring her.

I bought a monthly pass .Every week, twice a week I go here. The carwash part is closed for maintenance more than it is open, when my month was over they wouldn't let me go through carwash, I told them I should receive at least one "freebie" for all the days they were closed and I couldn't access the carwash during my monthly membership!! the air machine works sometimes, I wish they would do better , I really like the place

Excellent customer service and all the equipment is top notch! I was able to get embedded dog hair out of the back of my SUV which is no easy task. Will definitely continue to come here!

The customer service was great. I found them very helpful. I had trouble putting air in my tires and the service tech just did it for me. The price is nice and so are the employees

Been a monthly subscriber of the ultimate wash. I live around tge corner about ¼ mile away. Every time I go through which is almost daily the tire shine never works or just tge passenger side works. When you first enter before the rolling brushes it doesn't rain down the soap which will cause scratches when dry dirt is rubbed on painted surfaces. It seems like there are never an adult there and only children running the place and they are so lazy they dont even spray your vehicle down and hand brush your back window and tailgate anymore. Don't even reply to the rating with "oh we're so sorry for your experience or we aim to do a clean job etc." Im giving you a month which is very patient because thats who I am, but if I dont start seeing an adult on the job and all the issues I listed abov
