Platinum Express Car Wash

I used this wash for the option of brushless. Especially for my convertible. I have never had an issue with the wash until my multiwash ticket printed and I later realized it was blank (printer ran out of ink apparently). However, I was able to make contact with the owner via information on a door placard, and he promptly responded and rectified the minor issue.

Over priced for what you get, it cost the same as the nice washes for half the job. And the vaccums don't work.

1st time using this car wash. For the "express wash" it costs $8. The whole process MIGHT have lasted 30 seconds. Once it was done I still had a great bit of Pollen on my trunk, roof, and hood. Ended up having to wash it myself when I got home. That will be my one and only time using this wash.

There is not much to say about it. It is a decent car wash with a decent price. The location of the vacuum can be challenging to get out of if there is a line to get into the car wash. They offer membership deals that are reasonable.

Paid for premium carwash , first it kept having me move up or back then sprayed water the wash bars slammed in to the back of my car , then tells me to drive forward wash is out of order. There are no numbers or way to contact the business. Will be disputing the charge with my bank. Would not recommend business to anyone.
