Platinum Rent A Car

Absolutely NEVER rent a car from here. I was told 2 days after I returned it that the car “ smelled like smoke” I am the only one who drove the car and I don’t smoke! Obviously this is a scam they use to make money. Just tell the customer the car smells like smoke and charge them $100. What a terrible way to do business! Again, NEVER rent a car from this place. Drivers Village should be ashamed of their selves for allowing this company to rent cars to their customers! That’s how they lose customers!

I had a long term rental while my car was being repaired. Christina and Colin took wonderful care of me, they were always kind and helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. I will only rent vehicles from them from now on.

Bought a vehicle from the used car warehouse , noticed a few days later there was a issue with the transmission , Collin helped get me into a rental , great people would definitely recommend
