Tommy and his entire crew are top notch. We showed up to get four new tires. They explained all options and helped with picking out the recommended set. Install was prompt. If you need tires, check them out. Highly recommend.

This place is the reason women HATE taking their vehicles in to be serviced. I went in for brake repair, an oil change, and needed two new tires. When I asked to go item by item when I received the quote, you would have thought I had asked for the moon. As a woman, I guess I was supposed to smile and and just say ok. He never once mentioned the tire protection was optional. He also "forgot" to add my coupon. We finally agreed upon what was to be done, I sat back down and waited. Then waited some more. And then some more. Finally, after being there for 2.5 hours, I asked an associate when my car would be ready. He told me it would be another 30 minutes because they don't work on brakes on Saturday. I asked why they booked the appointment, he said because I did it online and it accepts every

Gage and Kevin were awesome today!! I didn't call ahead or have an appointment. I just pulled in on a whim to see if they could look at my tire because I was 7t miles away from home. I'd been putting air in it about every day or two. They got my car in immediately, to repair my tire and I asked if they could also change my oil. Gage said sure, We'll get you fixed up and back on the road asap. They removed a long screw or nail out of my tire and was able to repair my tire and changed my oil very quick. It might've took 30 minutes total. I truly appreciate their great work, the good customer service and getting me on my way PDQ. THANKS, GUYS!!

Tire Plaza staff were very respectful and courteous. They explained what needed to be done to my vehicles and why. I took my 2002 Ford F150 and my 2006 Town & Country Van. They gave price Quotes before completing the work as well as called me if they encountered any other problems with my vehicles while working on them. Van needed new tires and they also fixed the Power Steering Pump. My Truck needed alignment. I highly recommend them!

No issues during visit. My only comment ill make was that when I set appointment I was under the impression that I was getting front and rear brakes put on.... as well as an alignment done. Reviewing the report, rear breaks were not installed. My report shows different ware and tare results differing from the dealership vs plaza tire.
