HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Went to my in laws to visit and my car started leaking oil. I had it towed to PMR Auto over the weekend and called on Monday to get info. Tony and all the guys there were SO nice. I had to leave my car 5 hours away and they called me to keep me informed, worked with my cars warranty and actually fixed all the issues they could find on the car on top of the original issue. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and I will forever be grateful! Thanks guys!

William at PMR was amazing. He took great care of my vehicle from start to finish and was fast and efficient. Anytime I had a question or concern, he made sure I understood everything clearly. I truly appreciate all of his help, and I can honestly say I have a shop I trust with my car.

If I could give 50 STARS I would!!!! I'm from Metropolis (50 miles away). PMR is an authorized service center for my extended warranty. There was an issue with my engine. Will worked his magic with the warranty company and they agreed to replace my engine. While doing the engine replacement, they found out that my radiator was leaking as well. They got the warranty company to cover that too! Will kept me informed the entire process. I need work completed on my other vehicle that I will have to pay out of pocket and I'm going to take it to them. My experience with Will and all of the Service Techs was fantastic. I hope the owners read this review!!!!!!

Very freindly staff and amazing service. They are the only ev certified repair shops in southern illinois so it only made sense for me to take my tesla there. I am very pleased with the service and will definitely be going back.

William was great! He helped me and was very kind to me. He dealt with me and my dad and when it was just me he was super kind and very informative. It’s always scary going into a car shop as a girl by yourself without your boyfriend or dad but he made me feel perfectly comfortable with him! I definitely recommend William if you go
