Portage Super Wash

Owner/employee is rude and racist. I was the only black customer at the car wash the owner checked on everyone but me asking if they're ok or if they need anything as he blatantly ignores me and pays me no mind. When it came to me washing my truck not even three minutes into my wash he is telling me to clean after myself because no one wants to step in my junk (the junk being leaves) even his tone with me was flat out rude. mind you I wasn't even finished washing my truck | know to clean after myself even though it was just leaves yet he didn't say anything to the big dump truck in the next wash. I will not be going back here again not only is it not worth it the customer service is terrible 0/10

Been trying to call this place, but the phone number is disconnected and I can’t get a hold of anyone. The other day I washed my truck there. I placed the arrow to stop and it said thank you for my business and apparently their system didn’t stop charging my card and ran up a bill of over 20 something dollars that wasn’t mine so that means the next person that came in after I left continued using my credit card. Beware the machines are old and out of date and not being maintenance properly.

Good spot for a do it yourself wash just can't get out playing around the line gets long really fast

The sign says $5, but my card was charged $10. Check your balance or use quarters.

$3.00 wash turned into $15.00. Apparently it doesn't turn itself off. I could have gotten an automatic wash for $10.00. Watch the timer; it appears that it's designed to overcharge.
