I have called twice over the last few years and the representative unprompted made snide remarks to me. This last time, he told me that's what I get for buying xyz, I said hey that was very uncalled for i am just looking for a solution, and he said tough you can't afford it you get what you get. Brought my business to st. Amant muffler instead, they are polite and honest.

I had a positive experience with Jimmy and the rest of the guys. Communication was excellent. They were very knowledgeable and priced fairly.

The transmission on my 2018 Ford F-250 FX4 Diesel went out completely…wouldn’t go forward or backwards. I towed it to Powertrain Specialists and dropped it off after hours, using their after hours drop box for my keys which made it convenient! It did take them a few weeks to start on diagnosing, and repairs, but I expected as much because of the vehicles lined up before me. Once the work was started, I feel that they completed the repairs in a very timely manner. Someone from Powertrain did stay in contact with me with any progress that was made, as well as informing me on what had happened to break as well. My wife’s 2009 Toyota Land Cruiser needed the transmission rebuilt at 289,075 miles. I had repair done back in May of this year and everything has been problem free! Making transmissions great again! Update: 6 months later & TLC now has 305k

Terrible service. Truck was here for 2-1/2 months,said one thing was fixed but my truck wouldn’t start anymore. Went got my truck finally got it started. Turns out they put it in theft mode. And the main reason it was sent there wasn’t even fixed. Hate to say it but I wouldn’t bring my bicycle to these clowns again. Make sure yall have a trailer to pick your vehicle back up.
