We use Prairie Road Auto for our truck fleet, and they go above and beyond to make sure our vehicles are taken care of. Very detail oriented and great communication on every vehicle we drop off. When most shops do the bare minimum, Prairie does a detailed inspection so we are not dropping it off the following week for another issue. From beginning to end an oustanding, friendly, and honest experience ! My elderly folks needed their Toyota Avalon serviced and Prairie Road Automotive came very highly recommended by one of their friends. Appointment was made, I dropped the car off in the morning and they provided me with a courtesy Uber ride to and from. Received a text car was ready for pick up, they sent an Uber to me received a warm, smiling welcome from the "Chaos Coordinator" in training (Lindsay), and was pleasantly shocked that all services had been provided and invoice was $120 less than the estimate! When does that EVER happen with auto repair shops?! We will always come here for all of our family's auto repair needs. Thank you to the crew, they were all amazing!

What a wonderful team. Thank you very much for finding same day appointment when our brake caliper failed in Campervan and started loosing brake fluid on our trip across America. Thank you secondly for not overcharging, this is such a relief knowing there are honest shops still out there. Lastly, communication was top notch and very nice and pleasant people. I am a Hospice Caregiver and when i was leaving work at 8am I backed out of the driveway only to have no power steering... I look up and there was belt on the ground. I phoned PR automotive and spoke with Lyndsie she was so awesome. I explained the problem gave her the address of my client and Donovan arrived within a half an hour to help me. Who does that? I was absolutly amazed. My car was towed there and they called a few hours later saying it was just a belt. Above and beyond the call of duty. I thought it was a little Ma and Pa place only to realize, it is a well oiled machine with a ton of mechanics across the street as well. I feel like I finally found a place i can trust. They were fantastic! Gave me feedback about other issues even though I went in for a oil change only. Mike changed my light bulbs out when I told him I was traveling over the weekend to see my grandkids. They were super kind and I felt very taken care of. They also gave me a great price overall! Thank you Prairie Automotive for taking such great care of my Unicorn. I have already made an appointment to come back to have my serpentine belt done! Appreciate you guys!
