I had a really positive experience with Precision Tune Auto Care in Roseville, and Tou and Alan both made a great impression from the start. Tou was welcoming and took the time to answer all of my questions over the phone. When I later left a voicemail about possibly bringing my vehicle in, Alan returned my call the next day to follow up, which I really appreciated. I brought my 2010 Mercury Grand Marquis in first for an overheating issue and later for a misfire diagnostic. Their team was very thorough both times. They carefully inspected the vehicle, explained what they found, and completed repairs including replacing the intake manifold and gasket, servicing the cooling system, and later diagnosing the misfire and replacing ignition coils and spark plugs. I had 2 cars gotten alignment service here with Groupon vouchers. The first time went very well. I was assisted by a lady and a younger gentleman. They are amazing. The second time was not very pleasant when I got checked in by an older man whom I assumed is the owner or manager. He is very short and rude. I was exactly 7 minutes late because of traffic, driving from Dayton to Roseville. He said it doesn’t matter, being late is being late even 1 minute. He took the vehicle of someone who came after me first. I had to wait an hour for them to start the service on my vehicle. It only took them 20 mins to get it done. Fine! Being late is being late. After that, he told me they could only adjust 3 wheels, because the other one needed to get repaired by an auto shop, then i might bring it back

If you have to go through SilverRock for your car warranty I highly recommend this location. I called them and explained my situation. I originally wanted to get the starter looked at but our blower motor started acting up on my way home from work the day before our appointment. Even though the issue changed they were still able to get the car in. They handle everything through SilverRock as well. Our car was done in one day. We did have to pay for a new filter but they called and explained that before doing any work and let us decide. Thank you for your help! We will definitely be coming here for future repairs.

I've previously had generally good experiences here but the most recent time I brought my car in, the location owner decided to move my car to a different service location without telling me. Would have been totally cool with it if they told me the plan. Really hard to put your trust in someone that does stuff like this without communication. Didn't feel comfortable saying anything until I had my keys in hand. Avoid if you're looking for transparency.
