Prompto 10 Minute Oil Change

Definitely recommend this place crew are very professional. I love hearing them yelling from down below that the drain plug is in oil filter snug always good to hear. Also, staff is super friendly it’s like having ur bud do the job 💪💪

I had a major car emergency and didn't feel safe driving to the shop. Even though they’re a drive-thru oil change place, the crew at Prompto in Ellsworth actually came out to me to help get my car stabilized. They did a full oil change and a quick inspection on the spot. They saved me a massive headache and a lot of stress. Truly amazing customer service—if I could give them ten stars, I would.

I can’t say enough good things about Austin and the team at Prompto. They took excellent care of my car and me and were super knowledgeable, telling me exactly what they were doing. We take all of our company vehicles there, and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!

The guys were efficient and kind. They went above and beyond in helping me identify ongoing car issues when I was flustered and overwhelmed when I only came in for an oil change. Austin runs a tight ship and he’s got a good crew. Very appreciative for the help they provided.
