Very good experience, fast turnaround time. Needed inspection on one of my fleet vehicles. They were able to get me a next-day inspection and out the door by 10 AM. We were on our way to Florida from Canada when our alternator began to fail. We got off the highway in Bridgeville, PA and found ourselves in the Protech Service Centre parking lot at 5 am where we waited until it opened. Greg the store manager arrived a few hours later and we explained our situation. He was very helpful and we felt comfortable leaving the vehicle in his hands as we proceeded to transfer everything into a rental vehicle and continue on our journey. While in Florida he informed us that it may not be the alternator and that we should check something else first which we agreed. Over pricing parts. Everyone was super friendly and nice. We had car trouble and they where close by. They were able to get the car in to see what was going on that day. We had our sick dog with us and needed to get to a vet appointment so we got picked up and they called later with the issue and a general price to fix it. Being stranded as it was i told them to go ahead. Car was ready later that day. We picked it up and started home only to have the engine light come on again. Finally got home after a long stressful day. The next day I looked at the bill. I was completely shocked to see that we were charged 700 dollars for parts I could have got at any local parts store for under 200.
