I got a flat tire while out riding my motorcycle in New Haven last night. This was on a Sunday night at 8pm on Mother’s Day mind you… this upset me very much, but I’m certainly glad that I got in touch with Proven Performance! At first I called a local tow company and was met with some ruthless attitude saying “cash only” and not having any options to take debit or credit cards or willing to bring me to an atm to take out the cash. This was very upsetting to say the least, and after our perfect day It couldn’t end like this…. That is when my wife got in touch with Pruven Performance and handed me the phone. They made me feel extremely comfortable with their service, stating that they had all the proper equipment, and knowledgeable staff to ensure a safe travel for my vehicle. Knowing that

Did an inspection on my 2014 corvette. Changed rear differential fluid, transmission fluid, found leaking hydraulic belt tensioner and replaced with a new unit. Fixed it all for a fair price and showed me the leaking part. Will be returning.

Called to check if someone can unstuck my sun roof of my c-class, I was told there’s a diagnosis fee of $195 and would try to fix it. Lol so I drove to the Bronx (between E 243nd st and first street) and and got It fixed for $100. (no diagnosis fee) in NYC mechanics are great at there job and can tell you what the problem is with your car without charging you a penny . So As a New Yorker I am zero precent impressed by mechanics in CT they all seem as amateurs.

I had an appointment scheduled July 29th 2023 with Bill at Pruven Performance. I called July 27th on my birthday to schedule it at a different date Because I was out of state with family due to a last minute change and I wanted to inform bill about it. When I called no one answered the phone. Bill recalls that I did not call and I just did not show up. So I showed up today August 22nd after I came back from my vacation with my family.
