Quick Lane at Midway Ford

DISTRUST, HORRIBLE SERVICE, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER... These are some of the words that come to mind everytime I think about the quicklane at this location. Ok so first off with the facts: 1. Changed my brakes (rotors, calipers and pads) at this place 16,000 miles ago... Today my rotors are warped which I can't still get my head around... THE ROTORS ARE WARPED and the BRAKE PADS are doing ok? I AM 1000% SURE they DID SOMETHING WRONG HERE! Charged me 2K for changing both axles and now I have to change the 4 rotors after barely 16,000 miles!!!! UNBELIEVABLE! THEY BASICALLY SCAMMED ME! 2. A while ago they also did an oil change and didn't secure the engine cover properly... took a roadtrip and was dragging the cover for almost 150 miles to a point I had to buy a new one... called, and they ju

This location is usually the fastest for oil changes and I've been all over the metro! Staff always friendly. Chris in quick lane and Jim in service great guys. Even the service techs are good with advice and very knowledgeable. Thanks guys for always making it a good experience at Midway Ford. Always keeping my superduty on the road.

visited Quick Lane at Midway Ford near the end of their shift to get a tire patch. The manager was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to take my tire and information, ensuring I could get my tire fixed first thing the next morning. Thanks to their great service, I was back on the road quickly. I really appreciate the effort they put in.

I called this location to see if they have any slots to get an oil change and tire rotation this morning, they told me that they're currently not busy and they should be able to get me in. I show up not even 5 min later and they're telling me that there's going to be a 3-4hr wait! I don't understand how it's a called a "quick lane" when you're waiting a few hours to ve serviced. And to top it off, you can't even make appointments lol now I'm stuck having to go to Valvoline.

I brought my vehicle to these guys several times now, and this time was the last. I pay for a service to be done on my vehicle and I expect it to be done. After I asked them to replace my cabin air filter, they told me they did the job. I had my oil changed, tires rotated, etc. Their "works" package. After I left, things were instantly bad. I went right over to my friends and had him inspect the cabin air filter, and it was FILTHY!!! My OIL??? Who knows if they even changed it? It looked kind of BROWN!!! So, I changed that myself. This place is TERRIBLE!!! They just drive your car in the BACK, and then charge your card in the FRONT, and do nothing else.
