Rainbow Car Wash

Probably the only touchless car wash place in BHM. I never go through automated car washes and usually just wash mine at home, but I go here from time to time but I never use the brush, I bring a bucket and microfiber cloths. They recently have enabled payment via app which I wasn’t able to use because the instructions said confirmation via SMS but only got it in email (which I wasn’t monitoring at that time). It can get crowded from time to time so you do feel rushed if there’s a car or two waiting behind you. Other than those, it’s a pretty good place.

I'm never going to this location again. The owner told me that I was there too long cleaning out my car. He asked what was my plans because it was almost lunch time and I had been there for 2 hours already and he wasn't sure how long I was going to still be there because it was almost lunch time and they were going to get a rush of cars... I guess munes was in the way even though there was no other cars at the vaccum arei besides mine and no rush. My car was dirty as heck from the inside, out, trunk, hood, roof, underpanel, so I was trying to clean it all before going into the automatic car wash because it never gets the tuff stuff off, so I prewash with a bucket of soap and water. Best self spray around, all the different cleaning settings work on the pressure washer, they also have air blow dryers in each stall. The place is clean and well maintained. I will definitely keep coming back.

Avoid the touchless car wash at all cost. Whatever chemical that was used caused a reaction permanently damaged my Tesla’s window trim molding and turned it from black to a reflective blue with spots on both sides. The only way to fix is to replace both side with factory molding parts. Still waiting on a quote. This was the only car wash I’ve taken this car to since buying it new.

THE COINLESS APP DOESNT WORK, AND It Wouldn't take my card, so I walked over to Regions and got cash from the atm, and IT WOULDNT TAKE THE CASH EITHER. Guess I'm going somewhere else. Shame, it looks like a nice place
