Rapid Car Wash

I’ve had multiple wash passes for many of my vehicles and my current vehicle. The touchless automatic wash bays always seem to be broken. More than half the time lately bay 1 seems to be closed because it’s busted, and bay 2 functions but has certain modes (like the spot free rinse) that do not work. I would love it if these bays got the same upgrades that the Fairport location got, it would make it feel like the money we spend on the wash pass’s actually goes towards keeping up on the maintenance of this location.

I frequent Rapid Car Wash and have always been very satisfied with their results! I have a ceramic coated vehicle and have tried many different touch free/ laser washes in the area. This one by far cleans the car the best, without leaving any missed spots, and gives the car a thorough drying on the way out.

Didn’t clean my truck at all. Tried calling the phone number to ask for a refund and the number doesn’t work. Filled out the form and no one responded. What a waste of $12

I used this car wash daily to minimize risk of scratching at traditional washes. This time after having brand new wheels mounted As I was leaving, there was a deep drain hole at the exit of the wash. The hole bent my brand new wheel. The owner told me that their shops said there was no way I could’ve bent my wheel at a low speed and the only possibilities were me going 70+ mph and hitting a pothole. Then the owner also said my independent mechanic could’ve dropped my wheel. Which makes no sense. I will not be returning and advise anyone with nice wheels and those that have any vehicle with low suspension avoid them entirely.

I was very impressed with this car wash. I did need to finish drying my car outside of the facility, it removed a ton of dried on bugs from a 300-mile trip. I would highly recommend. I went with the basic wash which was $8.
